President
Before starting Walsh Estimating in 1988. Ed gained his experience in the trenches working his way up to foreman then superintendent and chief estimator before serving as the vice president for two construction companies.

RON DECKER
Vice-President
After earning his BSCE at Drexel University in 1970, Ron worked 10 years for a civil engineering design firm and then 10 years as an estimator/project coordinator for a site contractor. Ron joined the company in 1991 and is our chief estimator in charge.

RICH POUSH
Senior Estimator
Rich has over 25 years of experience in field work, construction, municipal codes enforcement and with a major land development company. Since joining us in 1999 as a senior estimator, he performs sitework and structural concrete takeoffs.

TARA O'NEILL
Senior Estimator
Tara attended the University of Alabama for Aerospace Engineering before joining us in 1999. She has a family background in construction and has attended Penn State to continue her education in computer design. As a senior estimator she does earthwork, sitework and handles most of the electronic files.

ROXANNA PIFER
Senior Estimator
Roxanna started in 2001; she has a Computer Information Systems degree. With her technical skills intact, she was able to quickly learn the construction side of estimating. She has worked her way up to senior estimator in earthwork and sitework takeoff and continues to advance.

CHARISSA GAMBLER
Junior Estimator
Charissa joined our team in 2006 as a junior estimator. She has a BS from Moravian College and has done graduate studies at Lehigh University. She specializes in earthwork takeoffs. Charissa is also learning the highly detailed discipline of sitework length and area takeoff.

CATHRYN LUCIA
Office Manager
With a BA from Montclair University, and nearly 30 years of business experience, our office manager / bookkeeper also assists in earthwork takeoffs. If you have a question, she can get you the answer.

ERIN MILLER
Apprentice
A newcomer to our staff, Erin is developing mastery as an earthwork technician.
